Health Benefits of curry Leaves

Curry leaves are treasure to us which is easily available in our home which has plenty of health benefits. It contains vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin B2, vitamin C, calcium and iron, carbohydrates, energy, copper, magnesium, fiber, calcium, amino acids, copper and phosphorous . When curry leaves are eaten daily it will boost immune system too.It makes the food tasty and healthy food with good aroma.

The curry leaves has ability to protect the liver, cancer , indigestion, excessive acid secretion, dysentery, peptic ulcers and other gastrointestinal problems, diabetes and an unhealthy cholesterol .It is used in herbal medicine and Ayurvedic medicine because curry leaves are having several medicinal properties such as anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-carcinogenic properties.

Anemia: Curry Leaves are rich source of iron and folic acid. Folic acid has an ability to absorb iron and use it. Curry leaves are rich in required two sources which prevents anemia and increases hemoglobin.

Hair Health: Curry leaves helps in Hair growth. It prevents grey hair. When eating regularly hair will be in black color. It also prevents excessive dry scalp that results in dandruff, reduce hair loss, accelerate hair growth and repairs damaged hair. Diarrhea: A bunch of curry leaves can be ground up and the paste can be eaten . The juice of the leaves can be consumed to prevent or get relief from diarrhea.

Curry Leaves Oil: Heat up the oil and add curry leaves in the heated oil. Allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes in simmer. Then drain the oil from curry leaves and stored it in clean place. Apply the oil and massage it whenever needed. It also prevents grey hair, hair fall and induces hair growth. We can use it thrice a week .
